Shipping policy
Wise Cart processes all orders within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to monitor their delivery status. We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and service availability in the area. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Customers are requested to provide a correct address and contact number to avoid delays or delivery failure.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment options for customer convenience. COD orders may receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch, and failure to respond may lead to order cancellation. In case the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier may attempt delivery again as per their policy. Wise Cart is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, courier issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or special service areas.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Customers must check the package at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for safety purposes and future support claims. If the package appears tampered, damaged, or opened, customers should inform the delivery agent immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours.
